Clinical Studies and Label Claim Support
Clinical studies are custom tailored and can include a combination of Instrumental Evaluations, Expert Clinical Grading using industry standard grading scales, Self-Assessed Subjective Perception Questionnaires (SPQs), or Validated Clinical Photography to demonstrate visual changes.
For final label claims, VCS recommends a minimum of 30 subjects to complete based on industry guidelines and statistical significance.
Smaller panel studies can be used for pilot studies and active ingredient demonstrations – please feel free to reach out for additional information on sample size.
VCS was designed around providing an alternative to the CRO status quo. Our laboratory was built from the ground up in order to provide more control over underlying attributes and clinical conditions, because when expert grading and visual support are involved subjective qualification simply isn’t good enough.
